Robert E. Foulk

Robert E. Foulk joined BSCS in October, 2007. As the Director of Operations and Corporate Treasurer, Bob oversees all financial functions for BSCS. He also provides management oversight for the corporate IT, HR, payroll and facilities functions.
Bob has over 30 years of experience providing leadership in areas spanning team building, operational management, business development, strategic planning and a variety of financial disciplines. He has worked as a member of a governmental department, fortune 200 corporations and small businesses of less than 100 people. He has worked at the national strategic level while serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corp, regionally as a business development manager for Hewlett Packard and globally as a shared services manager for Agilent Technologies. He has also served as the controller for a local IT service provider with international business contracts.
Bob earned a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado at Greeley, CO and a Masters in Managerial Economics from the Naval Postgraduate School at Monterey, CA. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
