Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases
Grades 9-12, 1999
Students will explore the biological factors associated with infectious disease emergence and re-emergence. Five inquiry-based activities build students' understanding of how human activities can increase or decrease the likelihood of outbreaks of infectious diseases.
