 Thirty-six science educators from nine U.S. states and Singapore took part in the 2007 BSCS Keys to Science Institutes at BSCS headquarters in Colorado Springs. Keys Institutes focus on science content and pedagogy for teachers of secondary science. A new feature of the Keys experience is a one-year, online program incorporating an asynchronous structure that provides continuing PD experiences and support during the school year without requiring out-of-classroom time.
