How does the energy of an object or system change?
Energy transfers and changes occur in all interactions. Energy moves from object to object and from place to place, and we detect it in different ways. Energy transfers away from the system through sound, light, or heat. A system diagram can track the energy transfers and transformations that occur in interactions.
