What can we observe about each of those dangerous materials?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain properties of matter can be directly observed. Mixing materials with water allows additional properties to be measured. Properties are any traits of a material that can be measured. Directly observable properties include state of matter, grain size, and color, among others.
