What is the Plan Phase of NextGen TIME like?

During the Plan phase, leaders develop and enact a plan to use the information collected through NextGen TIME to support and monitor the implementation of the selected program. Once a program is chosen, a small team of leaders develops a plan to support implementation of the program across the district.

Activities will require a minimum of several days. The time required varies based on district capacity, but likely will span one to two months for plan development and then several years to monitor and support implementation of the materials.
