What is the Prescreen Phase of NextGen TIME like?

During the Prescreen phase, a team uses key criteria to reduce the number of programs under consideration to three to five programs. These programs will be evaluated using the Paperscreen Tools and Processes. A small team of leaders applies the the Prescreen tool and process.

The Prescreen phase requires about two hours to learn and less than one hour to apply to each program available for consideration.
